Friday Food : Happy Pi(e) Day

Greetings and salutations friends & followers. I have been majorly slacking on the recipe front as of late, but it’s mostly because I haven’t been cooking “fancy” meals. Breakfast is typically eggs with veggies, oatmeal with fruit, or cereal with fruit. Lunch has been Morning Star vegetarian “nuggets” or “corn dogs” with a box of frozen veggies, and dinner has been pasta or a salad. I’ll try and kick things up a notch in the coming weeks. Today though, is Pi day (3.14) and I thought a simple and fun way to celebrate would be to share some of my favorite “pie” related recipes.
